Hopebridge in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA-based intervention programs for pediatric learners. You will conduct FBAs, collaborate daily with SLPs, OTs, and Psychologists, mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs, and prepare treatment plans while balancing administrative duties during work-from-home days.

A master’s degree and BCBA credential are required, with state licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsabilités

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Formation

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
