Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric autism therapy team in a center-based setting. You will design intervention programs, conduct FBAs, and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists to deliver evidence-based, individualized care.

You'll mentor RBTs and BCBA Fellows, supervise staff, and support families to ensure consistency between home and clinic.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentorship and leadership of RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative tasks and treatment planning during work-from-home days.
• Support families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
