Achieve Beyond in New York (Queens) is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments, design interventions, and supervise therapists in home, clinic and community settings. The role emphasizes data-driven progress, caregiver involvement, and ongoing staff training.

You will oversee behavior programs, ensure HIPAA compliance, and coordinate with families and the Achieve Beyond team to promote meaningful, meaningful outcomes for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Must be available afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and set goals with caregivers.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists.
• Clinically review session notes regularly.
• Analyze data and adjust programs accordingly.
• Ensure progress generalizes with caregiver involvement.
• Reassess twice yearly and summarize progress.
• Maintain communication with parents, therapists, and the office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence.
• Conduct therapist training and create content for social media.
