Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Bergen County, NJ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and design behavior plans for children with ASD. The role includes supervising therapists, reviewing session notes, and ensuring data-driven progress.

The position is hourly with potential to grow into full-time. Requires BCBA and LBA, Master's in a related field, and willingness to travel among assigned cases. CE opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated and a team player.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers on goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Set functional, observable goals for therapists and caregivers to implement.
