Job summary

Avion ABA seeks a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey to join our team. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct support to clients to enhance behavioral health and well-being.

The role includes supervising RBT technicians, modeling progress, and delivering parent training while collaborating with families and professionals to implement effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients, families and team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
• Work with families and professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Supervise RBT technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behaviour support and skill plans with ABA technicians.
• Provide parent training.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the client’s family and respond to guardian questions in a timely and professional manner.
