Job summary

Links ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our growing team. We provide in-home and community ABA services for children with autism, aiming to develop communication, social skills and daily living abilities under the guidance of a senior BCBA.

As a BCBA, you will design and monitor instructional programs, train paraprofessionals, and collaborate with a supportive clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral analysis services to children with autism in-home and community.
• Create, monitor, and update instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
• Provide staff training to paraprofessionals on implementing programs and behavior plans.
• Be highly organized, self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented.
