Job summary

W3Global Inc. in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-person role.

You will lead ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, conducting assessments, designing programs, and supervising RBTs within a collaborative clinical team. Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• NJ BCBA/LBA credential or able to obtain before start.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and supervise ABA programs.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and program analysis.
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB/state guidelines.
