Job summary

Achieve Beyond seeks a seasoned BCBA for our Northern VA/DC area teams. This fee-for-service, hourly role involves conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, and supervising junior therapists.

You will work closely with families to drive meaningful outcomes for children with ASD, while maintaining high professional and ethical standards. You will travel to cases as needed and collaborate across clinic and home settings, contributing to data-driven program improvements and caregiver

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for staff and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavior therapists, with feedback and clinical integrity.
• Regularly review session notes and data to guide program changes.
• Communicate with parents, therapists, and office staff; maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and aim for independence and happiness.
