Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure (where required).
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to supervise and train RBTs/BTs and collaborate with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs and ABA treatment programs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs/BTs and staff.
• Conduct regular client observations and supervision sessions per requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
