Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Boston, MA seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA services. You will assess client needs, develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, and provide clinical guidance to staff to ensure evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill-acquisition programming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA programs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to RBTs and BTs.
• Conduct client observations and supervision sessions per policy.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
