Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral assessments, treatment planning and supervision for pediatric autism in a hybrid clinic/home/community setting. You will oversee RBTs and collaborate with families and schools to implement data-driven plans.

Applicants should hold an active BCBA, possess a Master’s in ABA, Special Education, or Psychology, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills in a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB as required by Arizona licensing (COBA).
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
• Experience designing/managing ABA programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; capable of flexible hybrid work across clinic/home/community.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate behavioral and skill-level needs (VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R etc.).
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focusing on communication, social, daily living and self-help skills.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high-quality, ethical therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data and child development.
• Lead parent/caregiver meetings and provide training for home/community reinforcement.
• Coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals to support learning across environments.
