Job summary

Accounting Search seeks a licensed BCBA with pediatric ABA experience to lead assessments, treatment planning, and supervision across clinic, home, and community settings in Arizona. The role emphasizes data-driven care and collaboration with families to advance communication and daily living skills.

You will supervise RBTs and therapists, coordinate with schools and healthcare professionals, and ensure ethical clinical integrity while maintaining a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing per BACB and Arizona COBA.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills; ability to work a flexible hybrid workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: conduct comprehensive behavioral and skill-level assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Treatment Planning: develop customized, data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervision & Oversight: supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: review data and modify plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: lead parent meetings and provide parent training.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: collaborate with schools and other professionals to support the child.
