Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services for pediatric clients with autism in a hybrid setting across clinic, home, and community visits. You will assess needs, design data‑driven programs, and ensure high fidelity and ethical practice.

The role includes supervising RBTs and Behavior Therapists, coordinating with schools and healthcare professionals, training families, and tracking progress to adapt treatment plans as children grow.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification issued by the BACB, plus any Arizona state licensing requirements (COBA).
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a hybrid clinic/home/community workflow.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical practice.
• Monitor progress, review data, and modify treatment plans as children develop.
• Lead parent/caregiver meetings and provide training for home/community reinforcement.
• Coordinate with schools and other healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
