Job summary

Joseph Michaels International is seeking an experienced BCBA to lead ABA services for pediatric clients. You will supervise RBTs and therapists, develop data-driven treatment plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and healthcare professionals to support children across clinic, home, and community settings.

This role requires BCBA certification, a master's degree in a related field, and prior experience designing programs for autism.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification issued by the BACB, plus any state licensing requirements for Arizona.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing pediatric ABA treatment programs for autism.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage a hybrid workflow across clinic, home, and community.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct behavioral and skill-level assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Treatment Planning: Develop data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs focused on communication, social skills, daily living, and self-help.
• Supervision & Oversight: Supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity, clinical integrity, and ethics.
• Progress Monitoring & Data Analysis: Review data, track progress, and modify plans as children develop.
• Family & Caregiver Collaboration: Lead parent meetings, provide training, and ensure strategies are reinforced across settings.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate with schools and healthcare professionals to support the child across environments.
