Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience designing and managing ABA treatment programs for pediatric autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Assessments & evaluations to identify strengths, needs, and target behaviors.
• Treatment planning with data-driven ABA care plans and BIPs.
• Supervision of RBTs and Behavior Therapists to ensure high fidelity and ethical compliance.
• Progress monitoring and data analysis to adjust plans as children develop.
• Family and caregiver collaboration through regular meetings and training.
• Multidisciplinary coordination with schools and healthcare professionals.
