Bierman Autism Centers in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a BCBA to lead therapy, supervise staff, and advance ABA outcomes. This full-time role supports early intervention, caregiver training, and cross-functional collaboration within our clinical team.

Center hours are Monday–Friday, 8:15am–4:45pm, with no travel. You will manage 25–30 billable hours weekly, oversee Treatment Plans, and ensure ethical programming while pursuing professional development and community engagement.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification and licensure where applicable.
• Clinical experience in early intervention and behavior reduction.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Meet assignment goals and fulfill weekly billable hours.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home.
• Maintain relationships with parents and provide caregiver training.
• Ensure programming is ethical and individualized; coordinate with team.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings; supervise staff.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Keep current with research and best practices.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
