Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA programs in our pediatric centers. You will design treatment plans, oversee RBT staff, meet hourly and monthly goals, and maintain ethical, individualized programming.

Qualifications

BCBA or BCBA‑D certification and state licensure where applicable
Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers

Responsibilities

Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director
Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling 25 billable hours per week
Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings
Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training monthly
Ensure ethical, individualized programming with supervision of staff
Oversee programming in center and community settings
Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients
Update progress reports
Oversee ABA programs and supervise RBT hours
Model and fill in for therapy as needed
Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community
Assist with Initial Assessments and supervise BACB students
Document activities per BACB and funder guidelines
