Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee comprehensive ABA services for children with autism in center and home-based settings. You will supervise clinical staff, assess progress, and coordinate care with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.

The role emphasizes adherence to state and insurance guidelines, data-driven treatment adjustments, and staff development within a collaborative clinical team.

Formación

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state requirements.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Ensure standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on intensity, modality, and exit planning with families and providers.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using the QET measure.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams; complete administrative tasks to secure funding.
