Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and coordinating with families and care teams.

You will oversee assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and staff training while ensuring alignment with state and insurer guidelines.

Qualifications

Must be BCBA certified or state-licensed with applicable requirements.
Minimum 1 year ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families and stakeholders.
Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures.
