Caravel Autism Health in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and coordinating with families and care teams.

You will oversee assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and staff training while ensuring alignment with state and insurer guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified or state-licensed with applicable requirements.
• Minimum 1 year ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Strong collaboration and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure standards of care follow state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on quality measures.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and compliance with certifications.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports and insurance reviews.
