Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed behavior analyst to lead center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role emphasizes supervision of clinical staff, program development, and collaboration with families to deliver developmentally appropriate outcomes.

Responsibilities include coordinating assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and ensuring compliance with state and insurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in home and/or clinic-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations regarding treatment intensity, modality, and transition/exit planning in collaboration with parents and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the Caravel Quality of Effective Treatment (QET) measure.
• Provide training and supervision to all levels of clinical staff.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks such as generating reports and insurance reviews.
