Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA treatment programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will oversee service delivery, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to ensure effective, developmentally appropriate outcomes.

The role offers a strong support structure, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for leadership within our clinical teams. Missouri-based, on-site roles are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or state license required.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full range of ABA treatment services including assessment and programming.
• Monitor progress, modify treatment plans, and coordinate with families and care teams.
• Provide parent training and care coordination with other providers.
• Ensure standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Offer clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high-quality services.
• Complete administrative tasks like reports and insurance reviews.
