Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise both center- and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum.

You will guide assessment, program design, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and care providers, while ensuring compliance with state and insurance standards. This role emphasizes high-quality treatment and staff development.

Qualificações

• Must be BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure standards of care per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the QET measure.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality treatment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
