Caravel Autism Health in St. Louis, MO seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum.

You will ensure quality treatment, supervise staff, and collaborate with families, clinicians, and insurance providers to secure funding and maintain standards of care. The role emphasizes developmentally appropriate, socially valid outcomes and ongoing staff development within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst or a state-licensed behavior analyst per state requirements.
• Experience with applied behavior analysis in home or clinic settings (minimum 1 year).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, and parent training.
• Coordinate with other providers and insurance to secure appropriate funding for services.
• Ensure standards of care comply with state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity and modality with families and stake holders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment using Caravel QET measures.
• Train and supervise clinical staff to maintain high quality treatment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reports and insurance reviews in a timely manner.
