Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. The role involves treatment planning, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and care teams.

Responsibilities include clinical assessments, treatment recommendations, and ensuring funding approval while maintaining state guidelines and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA or state-licensed behavior analyst and meet state-specific requirements.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children with autism in home and/or clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and transition planning with parents and stake holders.
• Evaluate and modify treatment based on the QET measure.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high quality services.
• Supervise others to develop independent clinical skills and ensure certification requirements are met.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and cross-functional team members.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports, insurance reviews, and funding forms.
