Job summary

Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise and manage center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. You will ensure quality treatment and oversee treatment teams to meet standards of care.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, collaboration with clinicians, program modification, and timely administrative tasks to secure funding and reporting. Join a dynamic, supportive team focused on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or state-licensed and meet state requirements.
• At least one year of experience providing ABA services for children with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide clinical recommendations on treatment intensity, modality, and exit planning with parents and stake holders.
