Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in Maryland seeks a full-time BCBA/LBA to lead ABA services for children with ASD. You will supervise therapists, design data-driven plans, and ensure quality across home, clinic, and community settings.

Requires a Master’s in Behavior Analysis or related field, BCBA and LBA, and at least one year of supervision. Salary $75,000–$85,000; travel to cases may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA certifications required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and set goals.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision of behavior therapists.
• Review session notes and analyze data.
• Ensure progress generalization and caregiver involvement.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice yearly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information (HIPAA).
• Communicate with parents, therapists, and the office.
• Travel to assigned cases as needed.
