Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Virginia Beach, VA to lead ABA services for children with ASD, supervise therapists, and collaborate with families to implement effective goals.

Requires BCBA/LBA, master's degree, and at least one year of supervision. Travel to cases is expected. We offer full practice management support and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant field
• BCBA and LBA certification required
• At least 1 year of ABA supervision experience preferred
• Strong data collection and analysis skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication with families and staff
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
• Willingness to travel to assigned cases
• Passion for ABA and working with children and families
• Self-motivated and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Conduct ASD assessments and collaborate with caregivers to set meaningful goals
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Create observable, measurable goals for therapists and families
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback
• Review session notes for clinical integrity and progress
• Analyze data and adjust programs accordingly
• Ensure progress generalizes with active caregiver participation
• Communicate with parents, therapists, and Achieve Beyond office
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Ensure programs are functional and promote independence
