Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs across home, school, and clinic settings. You will conduct assessments, design intervention plans, and supervise therapists to ensure high-quality services.

The role requires a Master’s degree in relevant field, BCBA and LBA credentials, and at least one year of supervision experience. Travel to cases in NYC boroughs and surrounding areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and have strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create observable, measurable goals for therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists and give performance feedback.
• Clinically review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on progress.
• Ensure caregiver involvement and progress is documented.
