Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessments and design data-driven treatment plans for children with ASD across home, clinic, and community settings. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree and BCBA/LBA credentials, with at least one year of supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• BCBA and LBA are required credentials.
• Minimum of one year supervising ABA clients or teachers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists and give feedback.
• Review session notes regularly to ensure program integrity.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on results.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication with families and team.
• Ensure programs promote independence and meaningful outcomes.
