Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher.
• BCBA certification or eligible to sit for exam within 3 months.
• At least two years experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Analyze data and make data-based decisions.
• Ensure program directives are implemented accurately and timely.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
