Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC in Baltimore, MD is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will provide supervision, develop individualized programs, and partner with families to support school and life success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher.
• BCBA certification with active status or eligibility for exam.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Certification, registration, and/or licensure as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for teams and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians, with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings.
• Ensure client safety as a top priority.
• Consult with clients and provide program direction.
• Analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Guide teaching procedure implementation and timely directives.
