Job summary

Achieve Beyond is seeking licensed behavior analysts to join a team delivering ABA, speech, occupational and physical therapies to children nationwide, with Maryland openings. We offer professional development and a supportive, collaborative environment. Now Hiring: Full Time in Maryland.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA and LBA credentials required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide direct supervision of therapists and offer performance feedback while ensuring program integrity.
• Review session notes regularly and analyze data to drive program changes.
• Ensure progress generalization and active caregiver participation in therapy.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress for each client.
• Maintain confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
