Job summary

Achieve Beyond in the New York metro area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments and design plans for children with ASD. You will supervise therapists, analyze data, and collaborate with families to implement measurable goals in home, school, and clinic settings.

The role requires travel to cases in Northern Nassau County, HIPAA compliance, and a commitment to high-quality, ethical ABA services. Compensation is based on experience with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA REQUIRED.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and work with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of behavioral therapists with feedback while ensuring clinical integrity.
• Clinically review session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and the office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and lead to independence.
