Job summary

Achieve Beyond Pediatric Therapy & Autism Services in New York City is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, design behavior intervention plans, and set measurable goals with caregivers and staff.

The role requires a BCBA and LBA, a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, at least one year of ABA supervision, strong organization, and teamwork; occasional travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA and LBA required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Self-motivated, team player, and professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and work with caregivers to create goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists, with feedback and program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and the office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant, functional, and promote independence.
