Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Silver Spring, MD to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a clinic setting. The role involves managing a caseload, supervising up to 5 RBTs, and coordinating with clinical leadership to ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• State licensure where required.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manageable caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
