Helping Hands Family (HHF) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Gaithersburg, MD. You will deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism in a clinic setting, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure best outcomes.

The role includes a manageable caseload, monthly mentorship, generous PTO, and relocation support. Competitive salary ranges reflect market norms for experienced BCBAs in Maryland.

Formación

• BCBA certification and state licensure required.
• ABA experience preferred; RBT background a plus for new BCBAs.
• Strong communication skills and clinic-based work experience essential.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload up to 10 clients, with up to 28 billable hours per 40-hour week.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans; monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors and Regional Directors to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
