Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Special Education team serving Grades K-12. You will lead with clinical expertise, train teachers, mentor staff, and ensure programs meet laws and internal standards while driving meaningful outcomes for students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health, special education or a closely related field.
• Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a BCBA credential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification in company approved crisis management training.
• Experience in providing behavioral support to children, preferably in special education or behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

• Delivering training and guidance to teachers and staff in FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of academic and behavioral services.
• Supporting staff by modeling best practices and aligning with IEP goals.
• Developing and delivering targeted training programs to address skill gaps.
• Participating in staff development and conferences to enhance professional skills.
• Coaching staff in crisis prevention and management strategies.
• Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
• Evaluating curricula and resources aligned with standards and objectives.
• Implementing systems to address academic and behavioral needs across classrooms and sites.
• Actively participating in meetings and collaborative planning.
• Conducting quality assurance assessments and providing actionable feedback.
