Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Regional BCBA to provide expert behavioral support for K-12 students across multiple locations. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and help create measurable IEP goals while aligning with ChanceLight standards.

You will train and supervise site staff, monitor data, and ensure regulatory compliance across campuses. Strong collaboration with education teams is essential for student progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA credential current or in process.
• Valid NE state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs for designated schools to identify causes/functions of behaviors.
• Create and implement BIPs aligning with standards and guidelines.
• Develop measurable IEP goals and monitor progress with on-site staff.
• Provide crisis management support and reduce need for 1:1 staffing.
• Train staff on behavioral assessment, intervention and PBIS.
