Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Special Education team. You will lead clinical and educational interventions for students in grades K-12 and mentor staff through hands-on training and development.

Your work will focus on implementing FBAs and BIPs, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards, and driving high-quality outcomes for diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in ABA or related field required.
• Experience with BCBA credentials or in process for credentialing.
• Knowledge of crisis management training certification.
• Experience with students in special education settings and IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to teachers and staff on FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitor and evaluate academic and behavioral outcomes for students.
• Coach staff to align instruction with IEP goals.
• Identify skill gaps and design targeted professional development.
• Participate in meetings and quality assurance activities.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
