Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education in Georgia seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead Special Education services for Grades K-12. You will train teachers, supervise interventions, monitor IEP goals, and ensure compliance with DoE guidelines while advancing program quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or closely related field.
• Licensed or pursuing BCBA credential.
• Experience with ABA, PBIS, FBA, and BIP development.
• Experience supporting students with IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to teachers and staff on FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitor academic and behavioral outcomes for students.
• Coach staff to align with IEP goals and evidence-based practices.
• Develop and deliver professional development programs.
• Lead crisis prevention and management training.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
