ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a Special Education team for Grades K-12. Starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus based on experience.

This role emphasizes training, mentorship, and quality assurance to improve student outcomes. You’ll oversee FBAs, BIPs, and IEP-aligned interventions, while guiding staff development and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health, special education or closely related field.
• Licensed currently or in process to obtain BCBA credential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain crisis management training certification.
• Experience providing behavioral support to children in special education or behavioral health settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, PBIS, FBA, and BIP practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivering comprehensive training to teachers and staff in designing FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of instruction and behavioral support to ensure outcomes.
• Coach staff to promote student growth aligned with IEP goals.
• Assess professional development needs and deliver targeted trainings.
• Participate in meetings and quality assurance activities to drive improvements.
