Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and mentor a Special Education team for grades K-12. You will implement tailored clinical interventions, ensure program quality, and align practices with standards and laws.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health, or related field.
• Licensed currently or in process of obtaining BCBA credential.
• Ability to obtain and maintain crisis management training certification.
• Experience with behavioral support for children in special education or behavioral health programs.
• Knowledge of ABA, PBIS, FBA, and BIP.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training to teachers and staff on FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitor and evaluate instructional and behavioral support quality.
• Coach school staff to meet IEP goals with effective behavior support.
• Assess PD needs and develop targeted training programs.
• Lead staff development and professional training sessions.
• Coach in crisis prevention and management strategies.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of staff.
• Evaluate curricula and resources aligned with standards.
• Develop and supervise systems to support students and classrooms.
