Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical and educational interventions for students in Grades K-12. You will train teachers in FBAs/BIPs, mentor staff, and ensure programs align with DoE guidelines and internal standards.

You’ll supervise quality assurance, guide crisis management, and collaborate across teams to support individualized education plans, while advancing organizational goals and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health, special education or related field.
• Licensed now or in process to obtain BCBA credential.
• Ability to obtain crisis management certification in company approved training.
• Experience providing behavioral support to children in special education/behavioral health programs.
• Proficiency in ABA including PBIS, FBA and BIP development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to teachers on FBAs and BIPs and coach staff quality.
• Monitor and evaluate instruction and behavioral support for outcomes.
• Support staff by modeling best practices aligned with IEP goals.
• Identify skill gaps and deliver targeted professional development.
• Participate in conferences and training to enhance skills.
• Train staff in crisis prevention and management strategies.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training.
• Research and recommend evidence-based curricula and resources.
• Develop and supervise systems addressing student needs at site level.
• Attend school team meetings and collaborations; provide feedback.
