Burnett Therapeutic Services, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs for children with autism and related delays. The role involves clinical supervision, program oversight, and collaboration with families and staff to implement effective treatment plans.

The position requires a Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA certification, with hybrid work in Napa/Sonoma counties and some travel to client homes. Competitive pay and sign-on bonuses are offered.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes around service areas.
• Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule; afternoons/evenings.
• Valid California Driver’s license (if working in-person/hybrid).
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance.

Mansioni

• Design and implement ABA programs for individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and delays.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to tailor ABA programs to each client’s needs.
• Directly delivering individual and group learning experiences to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
• Meet with and supervise mid-level supervisors/BCaBA and direct care staff to review progress.
• Conduct assessments, write treatment goals, analyze data and prepare progress reports.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments using standardized tools (VB-MAPP, ABBLS-R, Vineland-III).
• Develop and oversee implementation of behavioral plans and adaptive skills.
• Provide weekly in-clinic or telehealth progress reviews with families.
