Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Saint Ann, MO seeks a BCBA to lead ABA program development and supervise RBTs. You will conduct assessments, supervise staff, and work closely with families and school teams to ensure holistic care and compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
