Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Arnold, MO is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for either full-time or part-time work. You will design, implement, and adjust ABA treatment plans for diverse learners, partnering with families and school teams to drive meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA in good standing, a master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
