Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Missouri is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams.

You will conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments, ensure ethical standards, and drive outcomes for children while engaging in professional development and leadership opportunities within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
