Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Owensville, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families, schools, and care teams to deliver evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
