Job summary

Lakemary Center seeks a licensed behavior analyst to lead behavioral interventions in a residential setting for children and adults with developmental differences. You will oversee PBIS implementation, develop data-driven plans, and guide a multidisciplinary team with a focus on fidelity and client outcomes.

Requires a masters in ABA or related field, and licensure/eligibility as LBA or BCBA certification. Full-time daytime role with partial remote options and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
• Licensed or eligible as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA).
• Certified or eligible for BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of PBIS and tiered system and provide data‑driven feedback on implementation strategies.
• Assist in staff trainings related to PBIS, PBIS tiered interventions, Pyramidal Behavioral Skills Training.
• Conduct treatment fidelity assessments to ensure proper implementation of the behavior support plan.
• Develop data collection systems and behavior support programs for individuals.
• Training caregivers on positive behavioral strategies.
• Overseeing the treatment of high acuity clients in a residential setting with no more than five clients.
• Develop ABA focused treatment plans along with implementation of Behavioral Skills Training with direct care staff on behavioral plans.

Education

Masters degree in applied behavior analysis or related field

Licensed or eligible as a Licensed Behavioral Analyst (LBA)
