Job summary

Magnitude Therapy Services LLC is hiring a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with BCBA credentials to lead clinical ABA services for children with autism. You will oversee assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of RBTs, while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires a current Minnesota LBA and BCBA in good standing, a master’s degree or higher, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota LBA license.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to complete a background study and meet employment requirements.
• Preferred: experience supervising RBTs.
• Knowledge of Minnesota DHS regulations and commercial insurance requirements.
• Experience with electronic health records and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for ABA services.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs.
• Develop and monitor individualized BIPs.
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans.
• Train parents and caregivers to promote skill generalization.
• Collaborate with therapists, educators, and physicians.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to licensing, ethics codes, payer requirements, and policies.
